Another OC at the request of ~jouker101. This is based off an adopt by ~DinoGirl2345. I really enjoyed doing the hair on this one...for free-handing it, I'd say it's pretty good.... I'm trying to be show accurate, so please point out any issues!

Made in Illustrator. 3-ish hours, not including error checking.
